OWCLE-MAC-03 fiber cleaning machine adopts special cleaning solvent and gas to clean the fiber end face. Two separate channels, i.e. injection channel and absorption channel are equipped inside. The injection channel is spouting solvent and pure gas, which rapidly dissolve oil or contaminations and spray the mixture to float. Meanwhile the absorption channel sucks our all the pollution mixture to ensure the complete clean. It is easy to operate, inserting the nozzle into the bulkhead and pressing the switch. The whole cleaning process only takes several seconds.
Cleaning solvent:
This machine uses the special solvent provided by Kewei fiber, No. KWCLE-HFE TQ-F70A, each bottle has a capacity of 500ml, and its ingredients are as follows:
